Apartments are situated in an area, which covers ca. 600 m2, with a wonderful view of the sea, and the city of Korcula. The time for renting the house is during 12 months. The house has got 4 apartments, all of them have a kitchen, a dining-room, a separate bed room with a double bed, a shower, WC, SAT-TV and a balcony or terrace.
The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
All apartments are equipped with an electronic heating, which also enables stays in the colder months of the year. A grill is also at your disposal. Furthermore there is a house-owned parking.
The vacation house possesses a room where you can take care of your surf board.
Furthermore the sand beach is just in front of the house.
According to your wishes the landlord is pleased to cook for his guests (the breakfast and dinner).
